Primary Programme – Foundation to Standard 5 – Age Group 4+ to 10 Years Old.
The Campion International Primary Programme is designed for Children within the Age Groups of 4+ to 10 Years Old. Following a Pattern closely similar to the Indian Standards, the Curriculum is designed specifically for Children to:

Cambridge IGSCE:
The Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education, IGSCE is a curriculum and assessment system, suitable for Schools and Colleges around the World. Higher Secondary Programme, AS & A Level – Standard 11 & 12 – Age Group 17 to 18 Years Old
International AS and A Level:
Following the IGCSE, students are well prepared to progress to further education oppurtunities, such as the International General Certificate or Education Advanced , A Level. It is recognized worldwide as a leading requirement for entry into higher Under Graduate Education. Since its Inception, A Levels have undergone continuous evaluation and development to ensure that they maintain their reputation for quality and relevance. Many new syllabi have been developed to meet the changing needs of employers and universities around the World.
The Advanced International Certificate of Education, AICE Diploma is made up of individual A and AS Levels and is the ideal Academic Step for Students because it builds on many of the core skills developed during the Cambridge IGCSE programme. By demanding knowledge from three different subject groups, AICE provides a broad curriculum with a balance of maths and science, languages, arts and humanities. It maintains flexibility and choice by allowing students to pick specific subjects and levels. As part of the curriculum, AICE offers students an opportunity to submit research projects.

Beyond Campion International:
Admission to Indian higher Education Institutions (Universities & Colleges) is open to those who passed a Senior Secondary School Examination after Twelve Years (10+2 of Indian System) of schooling. The Examinations include the Senior School Certificate Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, India, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, CISCE, India and the Higher/ Senior Secondary School Examinations conducted by the State Boards for Secondary Education in India. Foreign and International Examinations that are deemed equivalent are also accepted. These include O levels, IGSCE and the A Levels from the University of Cambridge International Examinations, CIE Board.
ENTRY/ ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS:
The Association of Indian Universities, AIU, New Delhi, has been identified by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, to recommend on equivalence of foreign qualifications. AIU recognizes Five (5) passes at the Ordinary Level Examinations, O Level or the International General Certificate in Secondary Education, IGCSE, with the Grades A*, A, B or C, with minimum of two passes at the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level Examination, as being equivalent to the Senior Certificate, 10 + 2 Examination.
PROFESSIONAL COURSES:
Applicants to professional degrees need to be 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of entrance examination/ admission. For entry to Professional courses Students must sit the Common Entrance Test, CET for the appropriate course. Admission to Indian Universities and Colleges is based on a merit list usually complied by the aggregation of the marks from the Year 12 Examinations and the mark from the Common Entrance Tests, CET. CETs are held at both the National and the State Level depending on the Course applied for (apart from the State of Tamil Nadu which does not have CETs).
Engineering:
To be eligible to sit for the CET, students will need 5 IGSCE/ O Levels with Grade C or higher plus passes in A Level in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% English at the AS or A Level may also be required.
Medicine and Dental Sciences:
To be eligible to sit for the CET Students will need 5 IGCSE/ O levels with Grade C or higher plus passes in A Level in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% English at the AS or A Level may also be required. The Medical Council of India, following guidance from CBSE, has accepted AS English taken in Year 12 as equivalent to the Indian Year 12 Examination.
Architecture:
Grade C or higher plus passes in A Level in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% English at the AS or A Level may also be required.
Non-Professional Courses:
Minimum Entry Requirements for Liberal Studies (Science/Commerce/Arts) are 5 IGCSE/ O Levels with Grade C or higher plus passes in two A Levels.
Science:
Minimum Entry Requirements for Liberal Studies (Science/Commerce/Arts) are 5 IGCSE/ O Levels with Grade C or higher plus passes in two or three A Levels, which must include the following plus English at the AS or A Level.
- Mathematics Group: Pass in A Level in Physics and Mathematics
- Biology Group: Pass in A level in Chemistry and Biology
- Computer Sciences: Pass in A Level in Physics and Mathematics
Pharmacy:
Minimum Entry Requirements for Liberal Studies (Science/Commerce/Arts) are 5 IGCSE/ O Levels with Grade C or higher plus passes in two A Levels including Chemistry and Mathematics and AS Level in Physics or Biology.
Commerce:
Minimum Entry Requirements for Liberal Studies (Science/Commerce/Arts) are 5 IGCSE/ O Levels with Grade C or higher plus passes in two A Levels, of which one must be in a relevant subject with Mathematics.
Arts:
Minimum Entry Requirements for Liberal Studies (Science/Commerce/Arts) are 5 IGCSE/ O Levels with Grade C or higher plus passes in two A Levels, with the exception of Economics which requires a Pass in A level Mathematics.
Indian Universities reserve the right to give equivalence to foreign qualification. Some Universities may require Three passes at the A level for Admission to Bachelors Degrees in Liberal Studies (Non Professional Subjects) also. However, most Universities follow the advice of the Association of Indian Universities and make a reference to the Association if there is any doubt about equivalence. |
